The structure of traditional karate training fosters self-discipline which helps with performance in school and work.
Karate training provides excellent physical conditioning for youth, and adults by developing balance, posture, coordination, agility and core strength. All of the main muscle groups (arms, legs, back, chest, abdomen) are used during the practice of basics, partner drills, kata, bunkai, kumite and conditioning exercises. teens
